EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Family Nurse Practitioner-Chamberlain University

ABOUT ME

I started my career in medicine in 2007 as a firefighter EMT. I have progressed over the past 18 years to paramedic, RN, and now FNP. As a nurse practitioner I look forward to continuing to serve my community and provide quality care to the people of Mohave County as a provider.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I started my career in medicine in 2007 as a firefighter EMT for Golden Valley Fire Department, obtaining my paramedic certification in 2010. I left the fire service after 12 years to complete my LPN. In 2019 I began working in mental health. Since completing my RN in 2020 I have worked in the Emergency Department, mental health and home health settings. I have spent the last 2.5 years of my nursing career in hospice until completion of my NP program.

FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK

At one time in my life, I was an athlete. Now I’m a dad that takes kids to practices and cheers like a maniac. With my spare time I enjoy exercising and going to concerts.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?

My ability to listen and work with patients to provide patient centered care.
